Hello! Welcome to our website and thank you for visiting us.
Instep was formed in 1999, based in Uckfield., East Sussex, offering baton twirling and dance opportunities to young people in the area. We are a not-for-profit community organisation and our Corps Directors are volunteers.
We train all year around and as members of the IBTA (International Baton Twirling Association) enter several competitions each year, including the prestigious IBTA International Championships, held annually at Easter. Our members have enjoyed many successes over the years with several of our team going on to represent England at the NBTA European Championships.
